Notary Services

Payment Policy

  1. All quotes and prices will be agreed upon prior to order acceptance and completion.
  2. Payments are due at the time of service or 24-hours in advance for long distance, mobile notary orders.
  3. Travel fees (if required) are in addition to state-regulated notary fees.

    If you are unsure about the number of notarial acts, please email a copy or photo of the documents requiring notarization to determine the number of notarial acts to be performed.

    503-476-1105 with a photo of the document pages.  Any documents received will be used strictly for determining an accurate quote and will be securely destroyed after being reviewed. 
  5. We accept cash, credit, or debit card, Venmo, Paypal, or ApplePay at the time of service.
  6. All work is 100% guaranteed.  If a document is rejected due to a notarial error (i.e. missing stamp or notary signature, incorrect county or state listed, or incorrect date), the notarial act will be performed again free of charge. 
  7. Please note, providing the wrong type of document, failing to supply required witnesses or requesting the wrong type of notarial act does not constitute an error on the notary's part. 
    • By law, a non-attorney notary cannot explain or interpret the contents of any documents for you, instruct you on how to complete a document or direct you on the advisability of signing a particular document.  Please make sure to seek guidance from the requesting agency or a qualified attorney regarding any questions you may have.
